Franco Causarano
Co-Founder & CEO
Franco is a Paraguayan-Italian researcher, strategist, and policy expert with a MSc in International Administration and Global Governance from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
His professional and academic experience spans diplomatic relations, digital transformation policy, and public sector modernization. He has conducted field research across Latin America on different topics, helped implement digital tools in the Paraguayan Congress, and worked directly with embassies, international organizations, and reform-focused institutions.
At Askim, Franco leads the company’s strategic positioning, global outreach, and client engagement. With fluency in Italian, English and Spanish and his deep understanding of institutional structures, enables us to design AI solutions that are not only technically advanced but also tailored to the modernization needs of public and private organizations.
Patricia Reichhelm
Co-Founder & CTO
Patricia is a German AI engineer with a MSc in Artificial Intelligence, combining applied studies from Ulm University in Germany and the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. She brings experience in different areas of machine learning, real-time simulation systems and statistical data analysis—with a particular focus on applied research and predictive systems.
Her work experience spans multiple industries, from virtual simulation systems validation at Bosch to predictive model optimization for autonomous driving at Volvo. She has developed time series models for industrial data, trained LLM-based AI assistants and implemented end-to-end AI pipelines.
At Askim, Patricia leads Askim’s product implementation and technical R&D. Fluent in German, English and Spanish, she is also responsible for coordination of the international projects.
